What is your standard response time to an email?
You can typically expect a response to your email within 24 hours. However, during the holiday season and after weekends, please allow up to 48 hours.
What condition are your products in?
Our products come either New, Certified Refurbished, Refurbished, Pre-Owned, and Used. Each item will have its condition in the title.

What if I see something I like but don't want to buy it just yet?
If you see something you're interested in but aren't ready to make a purchase, you can add it to your Wishlist. That way, you won't have to search for the product when you're ready to order it. When you are ready to make the purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button and proceed to checkout.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
Due to our popular prices and high demand, an item you want may go out of stock before you have a chance to purchase it. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, but what you can do is click on the "Notify When In Stock" button and we will inform you when the item is back in stock.
In order to ensure that the majority of customers can enjoy our great prices, we may place quantity limits on certain items.

What are the warranty terms?
All Refurbished items sold by A4C have our very own, 90-day warranty. All New and Pre-Owned items have a 30-day warranty. Should there be an issue due to a product defect within 90 days of purchase, simply email our customer service and they will arrange an RMA for you.
Which carriers do you ship with?
When you place an order at A4C.com you can receive your shipment via standard shipping services, or you can select the method of your choosing.
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard flat rate shipping cost is currently FREE for most domestic US orders! If you need your items delivered a bit quicker, we also offer Priority Mail, Express Mail, Next Day Air and more. You can find a complete list of all our shipping options when you check out.
Why is my deal item charging me shipping?
There are some deal sites such as Living Social and Eversave that display A4C deals, that DO include a shipping charge. This shipping charge is noted on the product page of the deal website, and the item on our site will not display the free shipping banner.
How long will it take to receive my shipment?
At A4C, we offer you quick processing and shipping times. Orders are generally processed and shipped out the same or next business day, which means that United States customers receive their purchases within 2-7 business days.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, we do not sell outside of the US at this time.
Why doesn't my tracking number give me any information about my order?
A4C does not provide tracking numbers for shipments weighing less that 3 oz. Therefore, if you placed a small order, you may not get any information about the location of your order when you click on the tracking number. That number simply lets you know that postage has been paid.
What are my payment options?

Can I cancel an order once it has already been placed?
You may cancel your order after you have placed it, as long as your order has not been shipped out yet. If your order has been shipped, you can refuse the shipment and your refund will be issued once it is returned to us.
What is your return policy?
To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we at A4C offer you our "30 Day Risk-Free, Just Because" Return Policy. This allows you to return any item that you have purchased within 30 days for a full refund with a minimal amount of inconvenience, just because you no longer desire the item. It's as simple as that. How do I return an item?
If you receive an item and then decide you no longer want it, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To do this, simply contact us so that we can process an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for shipping charges. A refund will be issued upon our receipt of the item.
How long will it take for my refund to be issued?
You can expect your refund to be credited to your account within two days of your merchandise being returned to us.
What do I do if I have received defective merchandise or items are missing from my order?
In the event that you receive a defective item, please contact us so that we can send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us so we can process a refund. A4C will cover all return shipping costs and a refund will be issued once the item is returned to us. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us and we will have it shipped to you immediately.
