At A4C, we love our customers just as much as we love discounted Electronics & Cellular accessories. So, to ensure our customers get the most from their shopping experience, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions. Tips for Navigating our Site
• Daily Deal: With a new deal every 24 hours, A4C offers you great items at unbeatable prices. Check our site every day for the Daily Deal and save loads on Bluetooths, Cases, Chargers and other accessories. The Daily Deal ticker lets you know how much longer you have to order our special of the day, but order quick, as the Daily Deal is only available while supplies lasts. • Search-by-Phone Feature: To make your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible, try using our Search-By-Phone Feature. Simply enter your phone's manufacturer and model number into the Search-By-Phone box which is to the left of the search bar and all products that are compatible with your device will appear before you. Simple as that! If you don't see what you're looking for, try typing in some key search terms in the Search box.
• Finding Product Information: All the information that we can provide you with about an item is listed on our site under the 'Description' and 'Specifications' tabs. If you do not see the information you are looking for, try contacting the manufacturer for more information about specific product specifications.
• How to Use the Shopping Cart: Please understand that placing an available item in the shopping cart does not reserve it for you. An item is only assigned to your order once your order has been placed. Once an item is in your shopping cart, you can update it by deleting it from your cart or changing the quantity. After the item has been added, you can proceed to checkout or continue browsing our site, but remember, items won't stay in your cart forever.
• Search Terms: If you are shopping for a specific item, type a few keywords into the search box to see if we carry it. You can also try searching by category under Shop in the navigation bar, i.e. Tablets & eReaders, Audio, Cases, or by manufacturer.
• Creating an Account: Personalize the way you shop on our site by creating an A4C account. With an account, you can move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account, add items to your Wishlist, easily compare items, and more. You can quickly and easily create an account by clicking here.
• Newsletter Subscription / Unsubscribe: By signing up for our newsletter, you're signing up for great deals and exclusive special offers. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, just click “Unsubscribe” at the top of the email.
• What if I see something I like but don't want to buy it just yet? If you see something you're interested in but aren't ready to make a purchase, you can add it to your Wishlist. That way, you won't have to search for the product when you're ready to order it. When you are ready to make the purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button and proceed to checkout.
• What if the product I want is out of stock? Due to our popular prices and high demand, an item you want may go out of stock before you have a chance to purchase it. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, but what you can do is click on the "Notify When In Stock" button and we will inform you when the item is back in stock.
• Quantity Limits: In order to ensure that the majority of customers can enjoy our great prices, we may place quantity limits on certain items.
• Comparing Products: With the unique Compare Products feature, you can compare multiple products in an easy-to-view format. Just click "Add to Compare" on any products you wish to compare. Once you've selected the products, click "Compare" to view all of the items' specifications lined up neatly and clearly, so you can single out the one that best suits your wants and needs.
• Wholesale: If you're looking to buy in Bulk at discounted prices, just click on the "Wholesale Customers" box on the right-hand side of any product page. Simply fill out the Wholesale Form and our Wholesale Department will get back to you as soon as possible.
• Selling to A4C: If you are a seller and think A4C might be interested in buying your products, you can reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org .
• What condition are your products in? All of the products we sell on A4C.com are new unless stated otherwise.
• Refurbished Items: All products marked as Refurbished have been reconditioned here at A4C. We rigorously conduct a multi-step test process on each refurbished item to ensure they operate as intended. While small scratches may exist on these products, their performance and functionality have not been comprised. We guarantee all refurbished products to be fully functional. Products we sell as refurbished come with our 90 Day warranty.
•Certified Refurbished Items: Products marked as Certified Refurbished will be in better cosmetic condition than the 'refurbished' mentioned in the paragraph above. They have been certified by A4C (the seller of record) to look like new, and have been professionally personally inspected by our QC to pass a rigorous visual inspection. Each certified refurbished item ships with a full 90 warranty from A4C.
•Pre-Owned Items: The 3rd condition of items sold at A4C is Pre-Owned . These items too have been thoroughly tested by our engineers to ensure that they are in 100% full working condition, and they are covered by our risk-free 30-day "just because" return policy. There may be, however, visual signs of use from a previous owner. The item can show wear from consistent use, but it remains in good condition and works perfectly.
• What are the warranty terms? All Refurbished items sold by A4C have our very own, 90-day replacement warranty. Should there be an issue due too a product defect within 90 days of purchase, simply email our customer service and they will arrange an RMA for you.
• Which carriers do you ship with? When you place an order at A4C.com you can receive your shipment via standard shipping services, or you can select the method of your choosing.
• How much does shipping cost? Our standard flat rate shipping cost is currently FREE for most domestic US orders! If you need your items delivered a bit quicker, we also offer Priority Mail, Express Mail, Next Day Air and more. You can find a complete list of all our shipping options when you check out.
• Why is my deal item charging me shipping? There are some deal sites such as Living Social and Eversave that display A4C deals, that DO include a shipping charge. This shipping charge is noted on the product page of the deal website, and the item on our site will not display the free shipping banner.
• How long will it take to receive my shipment? At A4C, we offer you quick processing and shipping times. Orders are generally processed and shipped out the same or next business day, which means that United States customers receive their purchases within 2-7 business days.
• Do you ship outside of the United States? Yes! Luckily, for all of our international A4C fans, we do ship to you! Please be patient when it comes to shipping as it will take a bit longer for you to receive your package, due to travel time and customs. Please note, with the exception of DDP shipping to Canada, customers are responsible for all custom fees and taxes incurred during shipment.
• Why doesn't my tracking number give me any information about my order? A4C does not provide tracking numbers for shipments weighing less that 3 oz. Therefore, if you placed a small order, you may not get any information about the location of your order when you click on the tracking number. That number simply lets you know that postage has been paid.
• What are my payment options? A4C uses advanced security measures to ensure your identity and private information are safe and protected. We use only the latest and most advanced SSL certificate and secure gateway, so you can shop safely and securely. A4C accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay for your order through PayPal or Google Checkout.
• Coupon Codes: If you have an A4C.com coupon code, enter the code into the Coupon Code box before checking out so you can enjoy your discount on our already-fabulous prices.
• Taxes: A4C collects sales tax in states where it is applicable.
• How do I check my order status? You can check your order status on our website by filling out your last name and order number in the "Order Tracking" tab on the top right corner of the home page.
• Can I cancel an order once it has already been placed? You may cancel your order after you have placed it, as long as your order has not been shipped out yet. If your order has been shipped, you can refuse the shipment and your refund will be issued once it is returned to us.
• What is your return policy? To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we at A4C offer you our "30 Day Risk-Free, Just Because" Return Policy. This allows you to return any item that you have purchased within 30 days for a full refund with a minimal amount of inconvenience, just because you no longer desire the item. It's as simple as that. • How do I return an item? If you receive an item and then decide you no longer want it, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To do this, simply contact us so that we can process an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for shipping charges. A refund will be issued upon our receipt of the item..
• Is return shipping free? A4C will not cover return shipping if you simply no longer want the item, or if have you ordered the wrong item. If your item is defective or you received the item, A4C will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return your item. As well, A4C is not responsible for customs fees and taxes when the item is returned from outside the U.S.
• How long will it take for my refund to be issued? You can expect your refund to be credited to your account within two days of your merchandise being returned to us.
• What do I do if I have received defective merchandise or items are missing from my order? In the event that you receive a defective item, please contact us so that we can process an exchange or a refund. A4C will cover all return shipping costs and a refund will be issued once the item is returned to us. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us and we will have it shipped to you immediately.
• What is your standard response time to an email? You can typically expect a response to your email within 24 hours. However, during the holiday season and after weekends, please allow up to 48 hours.
